BSG replaced my cars windscreen after a fault of theirs, then they had to come out again because the rear view mirror fell off the windscreen. They fixed it andv re-glued the fitting to the windscreen. So after 3 attempts to have my Disco 3 windscreen replaced and properly functioned it took them almost 2 weeks but they didn't complain to redo it. The only good thing was the price were about R2000 cheaper than others but i suppose this what you get with the price. Other branches could be better. I'm not sure.
