INCOMPLETE SERVICE, DISGUSTING SERVICE !!!!

I am not okay , since I am being treated like a fool and sent around like I am stupid. I sent money into the business account last week on Tuesday already. Why am I being sent around from pillar to post for my smash and grab that I '' PAID'' for ????

I spoke to Busi @ the Phumula branch to make an arrangement to have the smash and grab installed only on saturday. She is now telling me that she needs time to have the window collected and sent for the installation and then sent back , how many months or years do you need to have this done . The manager at Phumula felt insulted when I said this is what you get for supporting black owned business last week. Today we have to fight again for short service ? When I instructed them to refund me, they read and ignored my messages.

This is ******* !!!!!! sort this **** NOW !!!! I am done begging for service I did not waste time paying for it !!!!!
