Bad services and lies

Disguising service, they arrived to change my Merc windscreen, could not complete the job because they did not have all the equipment and glue. Assured me that would return the day i.e. today before 9am, never did called the branch, Honest mentioned that they on the way, never arrived. Called again told they would call me back never did. bad service and dont care attitude
