BAD customer service

Pathetic service. not even worth rating 1 star. They have no respect for peoples time. I've been waiting 2 days for them to come and replace my windscreen, I had meeting to go to and I was promised that the guy was on his way, I called them and was promised a call back, no one bothered to call. definitely not worth the frustration. really BAD customer service
