Appalling and poor service!!!

I bought a quarter glass window today (9/12/20) in the morning at BSG auto glass in Meadowdale. The employee who was assisting me told me the glass was available and fitment could be done immediately. I paid R400 and the guys started working by removing broken pieces of glass on the window. After having waited for about 30 minutes I was told the glass was not available and has been purchased from another company. I was told to either wait or come back after an hour. Around 2pm I was called by BSG that the glass would be available at 2:30pm and was told to come back. I arrived at 3:15pm but the glass was still not available. I was told to wait again until their driver arrives with the glass. No one had any idea as to when would the glass arrive. It was very easy for them to say "wait" or "come back later". I ended up requesting a refund because of the appalling and poor service. There was no sense of urgency. I had to travel twice from Castleview to Meadowdale for nothing. I regret having done business with these people. As to why they told me the glass was available only to backtrack after 30 minutes, escapes me. Sales order# SO-***
