My 18 year old pet died, because the Hospital Manager bul**** me into believing that there was nothing wrong with him, that his breathing difficulty was due to stress and she insisted that I would waste my time and money on further testing, I later found out that she is not a Vet, although she sure acts like one and she had no clue how sick my pet was! My pet passed away because I believed her and left without treatment or seeing a true Vet. The regret and grief that I am experiencing is hard to explain it feels like both my lungs have been torn into pieces, I am hurt and depressed and the owner of the Clinic is turning the blame on me to cover themselves. I regret ever coming here. Dont risk your pets life by coming here, your truth will get denied by them and you will be blamed if something goes wrong. They also record phone calls without consent.
