⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional care for exotic animals
Bryanston Avian, Exotic & Small Animal Clinic — and especially Dr Melissa Marengo and her team — deserves recognition. This is by far one of the smallest, yet one of the very best veterinary hospitals I have visited. They might not be the biggest or flashiest hospital, but what they offer is far more important: exceptional knowledge, genuine compassion, dedication and outstanding care. They may not be a 24-hour hospital, but when your animal is admitted, it truly feels like they receive 24 hours of care and attention. That distinction means a lot to an owner who is trusting someone with an animal they love. I have dealt with and visited several veterinary practices, from Mpumalanga to Gauteng, and my experiences have taught me that bigger and more impressive does not necessarily mean better. What matters is the people caring for your animal, their knowledge, their communication and how seriously they take every patient. For exotic animals, Bryanston would absolutely be my first choice. For cats and dogs, my personal first choice would be Onderstepoort. Dr Melissa Marengo and the Bryanston team — thank you for showing that a small hospital can provide an exceptionally high standard of veterinary care. The love and dedication you have for the animals entrusted to you truly shows. I would recommend Bryanston Avian, Exotic & Small Animal Clinic without hesitation to anyone looking for specialised exotic veterinary care. ❤️
