Not accommodating to people who want to do their training

The Brow Boutique boasts that they offer the most extensive training on Microblading, but they dont accomodate people that want to do their training, I saved up money to be able to attend their training but the first day of their training I could not attend as I have my day job training to do, I asked if they could accomodate me by allowing me to attend the 4 days of training, and the one day that I missed I would do in the next available training that they offered, they said they could do a one on one training with me but would charge me R3000 extra already on top of the training course itself, trying to make money out of me instead of trying to help me with the one day training that I cant attend, they dont give you alot of dates also, they do training once a month, they dont realise that we are working people and need to take leave to to their training as it is during the week. Am really dissapointed, I saved up money for a few months to be able to do the training with them, and now they cant even try to assist me somewhere without exploiting me
