SHOCKING SERVICE

We are HIGHLY dissapointed with Brother. We purchased the VR Emroidery Machine in April through Metro Home PTA. we received NOTHING in form of training etc. We then PURCHSED tickets to the Hobby-X to see a consultant at the show, when speaking to someone they informed us that we were meant to get traing HOWEVER they took our details and said they would contact us on 04/05/2026. NOTHING!!!!! we have sent numerous emails and have had absolutely ZERO response!!!

Its DISGUSTING that you spend R80K on a machine and then CRICKETS!!! how do you expect people to start a busines when you get zero support!! there is no physical place for us to go and enquire what is what, the supplier says we must email brother support!! seriously how do you expect your brand to be mentioned or grow when you have zero support!!
