NEVER WILL I BUY BROTHER AGAIN

Good day, <br> This email is just to inform you that I have never in my life received such disappointing service<br> A month ago, I requested for a consultant to come and help me with my Brother printer since someone in the office wasn't sure how it worked and forced it to closed. So one of the pieces inside broke off and needed to be replaced. Emmanuel was the consultant that came out, I have explained to him that the business was sold to a new owner and we must repair and replace what is needed to make sure that the printer is in a working condition when handing the business over.I have asked him more then once is there anything I need to follow up to make sure he returns in two weeks time with the parts for the printer to replace, where his answer was, no he will handle everything and make sure the parts of the printer and the drums gets replaced.<br> Followed up on a weekly basis with kashmira with no response. After a month I called just to hear didn't any called me, they can't get the parts! Even after begging , following up eg, just no response and a month later a didn't anyone called you!!!
