Brother sucks big time.

<p>This is the second time I am complaining about Brother customer service and I still have had no response from Brother. How long does it take to get spares for a sewing machine? It is now nearly 8 months that my agent and I have been trying to get the spares needed for my machine (and others that need repair) and Brother don't respond to any communication. What are we supposed to do?</p>
