Finally, after calling in and requesting for a statement, I received one last week which stated that I was left with one payment which I made yesterday, but to my surprise, I received a call this morning from a very rude woman who would not give me a chance to speak and she told me of an outstanding balance. When I told her of the settlement amount which was emailed to me by a lady from her company, she told me I was given the wrong information

It is not my fault that your staff member made a mistake, but I am not prepared to pay more than what I paid. To top it up, the lady who emailed me last week, told me that FNB will forward me the settlement letter
