WORST Service EVER!!!!!!
I have settled my account with you in MARCH already, now that I need my settlement letter I receive NO feedback at all! I have phoned, mailed, whatsapped you so many times!!! This is not how you treat a client!!!!!

It has been 10 days now yet again that I am waiting for feedback!! How hard is it to mail me my settlement letters??? Now I am being harassed by companies because I do not have those letters.
