waiting for a paid up letter

i have been waiting for a paid up letter for days now,

firstly when you wanted me you to settle my accounts ,you were communicating very well, replying to my emails until i pay up. Now I'm doing follow ups and nobody is responding my emails, when i call they said i should wait 14 to 21 days every time i call,there is even one lady who said i will wait months and there is nothing they can do
