Victimisation

After seeing so many similar complaints i hope someone do something about this company! After receving a phone call that i was summoned for debt collection something smelled fishy, they confirmed my ID number and celphone number but unless FNB gave loans to matriculants back in the day and platinum cards on top of that, there was clearly a big mistake. I asked for the case file that i received 4 weeks after the phone call. The case file contained all the details of the credit applicant as well as a clear copy of the ID. from that it can be seen that they have the wrong person, i instructed them on this on 6 seperate occasions and even resulted to start threatening them to stop calling me. Saturday i received the 8th phone call! i will now formally go lay a complaint with FNB and also informed the FSB and SARB as they have infrined on the KYC act and game my details to someone without my concent and have been harrased for 3 months now.
