very slow and poor service

I settled my Capitec loan account with B&L on the 20 May 2016 via debit order and it took them more than a week for the payment to reflect on their system. I called again on the 3rd June 2016 to find out if the payment has reflected and I spoke with a Mbali Ngema who assured me that if is reflecting. I requested for a paid up letter and she said I will receive it within 7 to 14 working days. Today marks 18 days and still nothing. I called in today to find out and the consultant told me their systems are down and that someone will call me back (how ironic). I mean why does it take so long just to email a 1 page document. I need that letter urgently for other purposes. FRUSTRATING!!!!
