USELESS COMPANY BROOKS AND LUYT

I paid up my account in 2022 and was promised the conformation letter. Today 9 May 2025, I still have not received anything. after 20 calls today, Today I spoke to two different staff members. First one will follow up and call me back. Two hours later NOTHING. Second one, Salena, said I will get the letter and two hours later NOTHING. Called again and then the person responsible is on lunch. I should call back later. ***???????? When i asked to speak to a Manager, i was denied. Only one number on the website. I s have communicated by email and nothing. This is still showing on the credit bureau and is against my name.

I will now see how and where I can report them as they are supposedly to be a Legal Firm. Legal my ass.
