Useless
I have been waiting for a statement since the 19/01/2021,a lousy statement that was supposed to be sent by admin weeks ago. I have followed up 5 times and it has been escalated every time. All I'm getting is payment reminders while I'm waiting to settle. Pathetic and useless service
