Useless

I have just got a threatening letter to say that I did not stick to my payment arrangement and no payment was made and now I am going to get a judgement on my name!<br> <br> I tried calling numerous times, the only person who answers is the lady at the switchboard otherwise everything else just rings forever and the other numbers are just silence!<br> <br> I don't appreciate being threatened when I have made arrangements and stuck to them. You guys are so quick to sent legal letters but you have a pathetic phone system. I cant wait to pay this account off so I don't have to deal with you anymore!
