Unprofessional lawyers

Brooks & Luyt Inc and Standard bank they gave me a discount to settle a student loan that they claim that my father tooked on my behalf I only knew that it was a loan he tooked, they tried to reach me and the didn't get me because my father passed away 2014, and had to move out of the house to stay at my mother's house, they said they sent communicate in the old address and tried to call me until the court granted them a judgment 2017 November , OK start to pay them money that I was able to afford because I was a cashier at Woolies, then decided to resign so I could paid them the required amount that they say its a discount then they will remove the judgement in my name 2019, now it's 2021 am unable to reach standard bank to assist me in clearing my name, logged a dispute twice with Compascan/Experian they removed for 22days then after they put back again because standard bank refuses to give them a feedback regarding my account that it has been clear, we got declined a house End January and again now end May because of this two companies who do not care about us, am so exhausted with the back and forward emails with no response or assistance ??
