Unprofessional conduct
I have been on debt review since October 2021 and today after FNB Personal Liam being paid by the debt company, I get a voice message on our work number, luckily I answered, saying I have been handed over to Brooks and Luyt for non payment of my FNB personal loan. Surely this is not allowed with “POPIA” putting this information on a work phone?
