Unprofessional and *********** and unnecessary harrassment!
These people are extremely unprofessional and hungry for money!
They are currently threatening me with a letter of demand. I have explained to them that I have lost my job in December 2019 and that I will pay a negotiated amount. Furthermore, I asked one of their agents Samuel Ndlofu to give me the banking details per email as I prefer to have an email record Incase something happens.. he never provided me with the banking details, instead wants me to call their call centre!
I will not call your call centre or speak to any agent via call.. I want everything in writing in order to protect myself.
I have enough evidence to absolve me. Stop harassing and threatening me with nonsense and rather assist with what I am asking for!
