Unhelpful and *********** service

Very ***********, they don’t comply with the regulations set out in the NCA. I’ve been requesting a settlement offer letter for a while as I want to settle my debt. I call them daily and all i keep getting from the call agents is that they sending the letter but nothing comes through. If they unhelpful now when i want settle my account can’t imagine how it will be once i pay and I request settlement letter.
