unfair Default Judgement on wesbank account

I tried several times to make an arrangement to pay for the outstanding balance while I am not working, In 2017 February to April regularly sending the arrangement forms for the debit order to debt collection agents ("Carol Avontuur" ********** "Camellia Nair" ********** ********** ) but you never responded to my email nor debit any amount from my bank account and i have those email as proof .Then on May 2017 the same collection agency decided to have a default judgement against me and that it may sabotage any chance of getting employment (and I don't understand what are you gaining by having a judgement for a person who is unemployed , because you making it difficult for one to be employed and pays you although the car is no more) ,this people they enjoy to see us as black people suffer . South Africa does deserve this kind of people . Please sort this issue out ,this wesbank collection agency is very bad at all . Mind you this case is reported to ombudsmen for ******* repossession.
