Truworths Paid up - still getting emails and sms's

I have sent proof of paid up letter for Truworths Account from Easton Berry Attorneys on Monday 7 October 2024, via whatsapp and email and still I get demand emails and messages, I have phoned twice in the last two weeks for follow up as to when the case for reference ***7 will be closed. With first call the person said it has been escalated, I should ignore messages and emails. With second call on Saturday 19 October 2024, it still shows open. And today I received another email that I have not made any arrangements for payment. Please can I get confirmation that the case is closed.
