Truworths paid up letter

Been called for about my Truworths account, but I had long gotten settlement amount and paid it,but haven't received paid up letter. Agents call from them with no update, but offers on settlement amount even though I had paid it and no update have been done on Clearscore Vodacom did it better than these nxaaaa
