Threats with No Understanding
I had a cheque account with SB a while back when I got divorced I made sure everything on my Surname was closed or settled before I changed my details . Its been 2 years and moving back home I lost many documents, Unfortunately I lost documents I obtained at southdale branch and at that moment I still said to the agent helping me that it was very strange how she claimed my account was closed , 2 years later I get calls from this company , I than shocked but due to not having the paperwork required I made arrangements to pay them , I have been paying them , It is the only credit I have on my name but has ruined my score and till today they send me threatening emails , How is this fair? there are so many clients who genuinely deserve this treatment but atleast have facts of your accusations nd try helping the clients that need it and not need for you to ruin their lives more . Going through personal things aren't taking into consideration when it comes to business and I get that , but common sense and doing your job Properly should be , I can not get my POP through and sent it twice to 2 different emails , I can not get any1 willing to help me , and Yet I receive sms threats and emails with no1 trying to fix this so what , FML because you feel its just another number u can ruin and refuse to realize the extend you are ruining lives
