Threatens with legal action for non-payment while nothing is owed...

Brooks and Luyt Attorneys are constantly harrassing me (and lately my wife as well) regarding an "outstanding amount" on my "FNB Premier Account". 1. I have no outstanding amount. 2. The messages threaten me with blacklisting if I don't pay promptly, or tell me that my credit rating was negatively affected by my non-payment. 3. The SMS's often give the option to reply "Yes" for a callback, which I did many times. I have not received a single call from them. 4. Each time I phone them they confirm that there is no outstanding amount, and they even cinfirmed my phone number to ensure that I would be removed from the database, but now my wife receive threatening SMS's from them.

"PAYMENT NOT RECEIVED. Final reminder that if your FNB PREMIER payment is not made by close of business today to FNB Acc No: *** ***, we will prepare your file to proceed with further action. Brooks and Luyt Inc. Tel: *** or Reply Yes for a callback. ***"
