Thorn in my side
Brooks & Luyt has been harassing me for a while now regarding FNB accounts. The problem is that they start calling next of kin etc if you don't pick up straight away. My old employer gets called at least twice a day, as does my ex wife. Things got really heated today when the consultant raised her voice at me - I think it's part of their training to use bullying tactics to hide complete lack of professionalism. I think the "Attorneys" bit is a ruse to make a debt collector sound more legit.
