they do not deliver section 129 notice as per NCA
I asked Pusho Tshabalala for the track and trace number in an e-mail on the 28th of January 2015. He only gave me an answer 2015-03-13. In the mean time they went ahead to file serve summons, even though they knew I am still waiting for the section 129 notice. I do believe that is against the national credit act, which require delivery of a section 129 notice (not merely the action to mail a notice), before summons may be served. I hope that Brooks & Luyt will look at my complaint (faster than they took to answer my e-mail). Kind Regards Renaldo van Eck ***.
