These lawyers are not the go-to people!!!
I am baffled to know how these attorneys operate their business, and how Standard Bank has come to be affiliated with such incompetence. I've settled my part of the personal loan I have with Standard Bank and have beeeen waiting for Brooks & Luyt to send me my settlement letter. Still nothing and as a result, my loan is still active. Crazy!

I would like to send a thank you to Cindy Gumede for handling my case with utmost urgency, leading to a speedy resolution. Her service was remarkable. I do think that going forward, the company could just improve on communication with clients because the lack of communication makes the business seem illegitimate. Thanks.
