THEIR INABILITY TO KEEP RECORD OF PAYMENT AND READ
FNB CREDIT CARD DEBT<br> I had defaulted on payments on my FNB credit card due to unemployment & eventually managed to agree on settlement value of R15,000 spread over 3-month period. Two of the months I managed payment on time, totalling R10,000 but the 3rd one was paid about 2weeks later. When I called for final payment amount, no-one was able to advise me of the amount & when I managed to get a final figure from one of the agents, it was R8,000 but when I questioned the amount, another agent told me R7,000. All within a day, I then requested that someone give me a final \final"amount and it was R7"
