Going back to you point above The reason these documents are so important is because your balance, at the time of your last two payments in November 2019, was R11 978.90. The payments received in November 2019 add up to only R10 000. Which is why we're left with the current balance R1978.93. I have attached the same POP I sent through on the 18th of March 2020 to CJacobs about a payment of R 1982.00 to CSS as per the attached bank statement.
