the harassment never ends

I have a payment arrangement for my husbands in store WW card. We have honoured the agreement and the phonecalls and sms do not stop. This morning alone I received 3 calls before 9 am. Each time I called B&L and spoke to various people, Andrew, Moitone etc. All reassured me that the arrangement was in place and paid and that they had NO idea why I was being called.... Saturday we got 16 (SIXTEEN) calls. How does this make business sense????????????

We refer to the complaint received on 10 July 2017 and hereby confirm that we act on behalf of Woolworths.

We further confirm that the matter has been escalated to the manager overseeing the respective portfolio for investigation.

We will be in contact with the complainant in an attempt to resolve the issue and trust that this matter will be resolved amicably.

today is the 1st August, payment was made as agreed upon by B&L, yet today I get another 16 calls...16 must be their lucky number. I called back and was eventually put through to a supervisor, Jafta. I told her my story and now we wait and see, this is after my number was supposedly removed on the 10 July.

Ridiculous.
