Terrible services and no help

I would like to lodge a major complaint against this company, we paid off our Loan we even have a letter from this Brooks and Luyt that it is paid off now we still get threatening letters that we have legal actions against us. We email them no feedback just threats. This needs to be sorted out as we are now more then tired of dealing with this company.
