Terrible customer services &accounts handling

I was called countless times about payments by Brooks & Luyt. The balance on the account is incorrect and they claim to have received only one payment since December last year. I sent proof of payments to them and have gotten no response after numerous email follow ups With Precious Mtshali to assist.
