TERRIBLE ATTORNEYS WON'T PROVIDE ME WITH PAID UP AND CLOSED LETTER

To whom it may concern.

I have received the absolute worst customer service to date. I have been trying to get hold of these attorneys to get a paid up and closed letter - so i can improve my credit score.

i paid my debt in full with these attorneys 17/12/2019, and have been trying to get a paid up and closed letter since then. But with no luck.

They don't answer my emails or phone calls - which is utterly ridiculous. But as soon as they want something from you - they harass you.

Very disappointing. Creditors should stop handing over accounts to these attorneys!

We further confirm that the matter has been escalated to the manager overseeing the respective portfolio for investigation.

Hope action will be taken because i am tired of empty promises. Every time i get hold of an agent they say the paid up letter will be sent to me by L. Tshiloane.
