Taking money from my account without consent or me supplying my account details. Theft and reporting to fais ombud

I DID NOT agree to any debit orders or journals to be debited and taken from new cheque account. If you this was not done via telephone or mail. I also did not supply anyone with my account details in order for any money to just be taken from my personal account. I noticed two amounts listed below taken from my account on two days ago for A total of R3683, 72. The last email I got from your company is that 3 percent on the total outstanding amount is lowest amount payable which is around R553. 00. I want to know who is responsible for deciding the ‪1841.66 must *******ly and with concebt be taken‬ twice from my account. Absa refuses to inform me who supp**** you with my account details as it was NOT MYSELF so I assume they must have and also against my consent. I went into the bank to try have this money reversed and the bank said that they cannot help me and that your company is responsible and are the only ones to resolve this and return the fund to my bank account!

I have to pay my child's school fees by 3 October. I I work on a prbabtion period until 2 months time which only then I can confirm to make monthly payments on the account monthly. I now do not have the money to pay for my child's school fees due on the 3 October 2019 this means I must then stay off from my new job to take care of my daughter as the school will not accept her into the class until this is paid.

Due to your company taking money from my account without my consent or even advising me successfully that this is going to happen let alone two amounts being just taken has lead me to have no other choice but to report it to the fais ombud should the funds not be returned to my account by the 3 October 2019.
