Suspicious mails

I need to know if this business is legal they phone me regarding my Absa account and when i told them I have arrangements with Absa then they send me a mail that they did follow up with Absa and confirm that i have a arrangement and send me their banking details witch I will not do because I don't have any arrangements and I will continue pay Absa. Their mail is ***> and then i recieved a mail from REGISTERED EMAIL from Brooks & Luyt <***> i bring it to their attention and also to '***' but no want answer my question I will forward all the mails to you if you need the proof.
