Summons issued
I received an sms stating from Brooks & Luyt on 11/04/2016 stating that a summons from the courts will be served to me for a loan I owe to FNB. To my surprise of course I do not even have a loan with FNB that I am aware of. Had they tried contacting me first on the same number they used to give me notice of the summons they would have known that this loan taken out may be a result of *****.<br> Will FNB and or the Brooks and Luyt sort this issue out to clear my name.<br>
