Stupid people working there!
Brooks and luyt has stupid people working in their company! I had someone call me yesterday we agreed on him sending me a breakdown on what I need to pay etc. I received nothing. I called today morning and the guy said someone will send it. I then got a call again now from one stupid guy. Saying he is calling from brooks and luyt and I should confirm id. Why must I keep confirming my id . When i have made arangements and nothing was sent to me to make payment. So he is going to ask me the same thing over about my account. So they all going to do nothing and just keep calling me to confirm id????? And telling me about the account. Gosh. Educate your people please on how to work.
