Statement of accounts FNB/Brooks and Loot Dololo

I requested my statement of accounts from Brooks and LOOt since 2019 and nothing is forthcoming on the 29/11/2023; 30/112023; 18/12/2023; 30/12/2023; 04/01/20. They said the will request from FNB, Please FNB provide my banks statements. I cannot go on PAYING LIKE A BLINKERED hosrse. Vennesssa from Brooks and Loot phoned saying they ask FNB to send me my statements, and called her to highlight and she will call me back in 2025.

Worst service I have encountered from customer care personnel. All I need is stetement of accounts. Nothing more or less
