Settlement discount requested for the account

I made call in February requesting the settlement amount for My account however I was advised by consultant assisted me that the supervisor will call me as the will have to discuss the matter first and come up with settlement discount. I never received any call for settlement discount amount that I was requesting pls if you can assist with settlement discount for my account and arrage to pay mayb in 3months I will be happy. Account no *** I will appreciate if you can send me settlement discount for the account cause I wanna clear my name.
