Rude consultants
The debt collectors at Brooks and luty are so rude.....they have no training and they shouldn't be on the phones.....of course let me not put all of them under the same umbrella, I'm refering specifically to Banele Nxumalo....He called my phone then refused to tell me where he's calling from......when I kept asking him where his calling from.....he said "what's with the questions" and continued to be rude.
