Rude and Useless Call Centre Agent - Vimbai Kusakunesau
I called in this call centre to get clarity regarding an SMS received from this company , call was answered by a very rude and useless person Vimbai Kusakunesau, who didn't know her job , who could not assist me with my query , the way she so useless she decided to drop the call. what a useless agent and call centre . Supervisors are always on Lunch ,so basically only 1 Supervisor for a whole company. Vimbai Kusakunesau (if this is even your real name) - you are useless i don't even know how they hired you when you so ***********.
