Rude agents and mismanagement of paperwork

Hi,

I have an account that was handed over to the company and i paid off my account.I have not received a paid up letter even after numerous requests for that letter. I'm still getting emails stating that my account is outstanding. On top of that, your agents are not assisting me. Instead, they are hanging up in my ear and giving me the wrong numbers to call and escalate.

Please bear in mind that this is my credit score that you are distorting. It is completely unacceptable that I my credit score is being compromised because of this when I have already held up my end of the deal.
