Requesting paid up letter
I have an account that I paid off just over a month ago. I was told to wait 7 to 14 working days for my paid up letter. The last consultant I spoke to gave me a supervisors contact details. I contacted her about 5days ago and she assured me someone would get back to me. I've tried calling her today and no answer
