PURE HARASSMENT & ******* PRACTISE

<p>This company has phoned me 5 to 8 times a day asking to speak to someone else. They have the respective persons' contact details, yet continue to harass me at every turn! What is worse and totally *******, is that they have actually discussed this account with me. This is an infringement of the actual debtors rights. This company has no understanding of confidentially or people's legal rights. </p> <p> </p> <p>It is my legal right not to be harassed all day about someone else. This is against the law! I have spoken to each and every call centre agent and told them to contact said person and to take my details off their system. No one has done either. I have asked to speak to supervisors and managers and have been denied. This again is ******* practise. </p> <p> </p> <p>I have tried to look up the company online to perhaps email someone with actual authority to no avail. All that comes up is a physical address which is and a false website. If you type in the given website address, you are are redirected to a new unknown company with a random Rosebank address that belongs to csssholdings. The address just comes up with all sorts of errors. This is very suspicious! I don't actually think this law firm exists as it cannot be proved online. A Facebook page with 11 members proves nothing either. There are plenty false Facebook pages. All that's on the page is alleged staff pics all lazing about on 'Fridays'! Not a good work image either. IF it is real. </p> <p> </p> <p>My fruitless efforts to find this company and complain to someone who has basic comprehension s****s if any, has left me no choice but to seek legal advice and possibly get the police involved by laying a charge of harassment at the police station. Perhaps against each and every call centre agent involved in harassing me. </p> <p> </p> <p>This has been going on for months!</p> <p> </p>
