Proof of Paid Up Account
Good day
I had a Truworths account and was placed under debt review without my consent, so i changed bank accounts and i'm paying all of my accounts very month.
I had a Truworths account which was handed over to you due to arrears. However, i paid it all and i want to know if there's any other outstanding amount as i need a paid up letter for this specific account.
I always got through when i called previously and nowadays no one take my calls and that shows the unprofessional manner things are being dealt with.
Please assist urgently, because i'm a really impatient individual.

I know i had to follow a different route, but as soon as i got my reply with regards to my calls not being taken and that i must email the specific department.
I can happily say i have received my paid up letter within half an hour after requesting for it.
I appreciate the urgency my matter enjoyed.
