Prescribed debt
<p>I am being harrassed and threatened by calls and messages from very rude employees from Brookes & Luyt attorneys even after they were told that the debt has prescribed. They think us as the public dont know its ******* and agaist the law to be threatened and harrassed and that they in turn can be prosecuted for this.</p>
We refer to the complaint received on 16 March 2017 and hereby confirm that we act on behalf of First National Bank.
We further confirm that the matter has been escalated to the manager overseeing the respective portfolio for investigation.
